EXPERIENCE :


After practicing law for ten years in Paris, Catherine GUIGOU now is a lawyer registered with the Bar in Marseille.

She previously worked for a large international law firm in France. Later she joined Disneyland Paris, where she was a senior counsel. She holds a doctorate of law (D.E.S.S.) from the Law School at the University of Aix-en-Provence and she has a master in comparative law (L.L.M.) from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C.

Ms. GUIGOU has extensive experience in advising and litigating in intellectual property law, commercial and contract law. She is specialized in drafting international agreements and in advising clients in the laws and regulations of antitrust, patent, trademark and copyright, and information technology.


Diane PINARD, Associate. She holds a master of international business law from the University Toulouse I and a "Bachelor of Civil Law" from the University College of Dublin. She started practicing law at the beginning of 2006 in a law firm specialized in litigation, in the fields of tort and commercial law. Since the end of 2007, she has been working as an associate of Catherine GUIGOU in advising and litigating, on different subjects dealing with businesses, such as contracts, competition law or intellectual property law.
